The mirror is now back online (with temporary hardware). It will be restored to it's full capacity next week (now limited to 100 Mbps).

I was just about to send an official announcement for this mirror (it has been online and on the mirror page for a while) but now I'll have to send an offline announcement :-(

Anyway, the mirror has some kind of powersupply related hardware problem and it is at the time unknown when it will be back in service.
