We are sync'ing from msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd/ yet we are missing the "minimal" ISOs which seem to be present on other mirrors. Please advise.

Yes. It looks like we're having some issues syncing the dvd tree at the moment, I am investigating.
