So, I just had a look and your mirror is listed and active, as seen on http://mirror-status.centos.org/#eg . I just asked Jim (website maintainer) about the reason why it's not on the website, as website consumes a csv file, and that the mirror is in that file. I'll come back to you once we've identified the reason why the javascript doesn't seem to be happy with it.

So, I identified the issue : the jquery/javascript used on http://centos.org/download/mirrors treats the first line as the header line, and your mirror is the first on that list , so it was "skipped" by that javascript.

I've added now an extra line in that .csv file (so a "header" line) and now your mirror shows up on http://centos.org/download/mirrors/
