It looks like my other address (the one for the company I work at that actually hosts the CentOS mirror) is being rejected by the mailing list (though I am subscribed and do get the messages).
Our outgoing mail comes from one of these IPs: 209.67.253.30 208.69.228.58 72.249.147.169
If we could get those unblocked, that would be excellent.

We don't block ip based. If one of those is in a blacklist, you might not come through, but we cannot really do anything against that.
