Thanks : http://mirrors.cqu.edu.cn/CentOS/ has been added to the mirrors DB and will normally be listed as a public mirror (and on http://mirror-status.centos.org / http://centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP has been whitelisted (check that it's working in the following hour)
Kind Regards,

Hi, This is sent from Chongqing University Open Source mirror( mirrors.cqu.edu.cn ). Something went wrong while we did sync from CentOS today. I've tried eu-msync, us-msync and msync.centos.org, neither of them works. Output turned out to be:
@ERROR: Unknown module 'CentOS' rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1516) [Receiver=3.0.9]
Our server IP remains 222.198.128.102. Are we removed from the whitelist?
Many thanks. Tan Chongqng University
Sorry about the mistake, our Server IP address remains "222.198.128.220".

That IP is still in the list, so probably is there a new outgoing NAT rule on your side ? Can you verify your public outgoing IP on that server ?
Cheers,

If you run "curl ipv4.miuku.net", does that return the same address?
