Thanks, this mirror has now been added to the list. You should now be able to rsync directly from rsync://eu-msync.centos.org/CentOS/
One minor concern, though. Your rsync link does not seem to work, because there is no module named 'centos' on your server, or at least it isn't visible to the outside world. Please have a look at your rsyncd configuration. Thanks :)
