After I noticed our mirror was removed, I have seen the web server(apache) was dead. I will make sure it won't happen in the future.

Yes, mirror went multiple times into "timeout" when trying to reach your mirror. It's now enabled and so will appear on mirror-status and mirrorlists in the next hour.
