This files are included in the oficial Medias however not at Centos repositories:

This files are required by nautilus-sendto packages.

I think anybody forgot this files at the official repos

If Sophie have it in its DB, then they are currently existing on mirrors.

Possibly an over-zealous exclude for the Alpha architecture?
