Is something wrong with rsync on the server 84.22.180.89?

During the last couple of days our mirroring from eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS has failed.

Rsync connects and the "msync.CentOS.org rsync service (centosb2)" banner is displayed, but after "receiving file list ..." i see no further progress. Each time this has happened the rsync process has been connected to 84.22.180.89.

Our mirror is connecting to eu-msync.centos.org from 130.236.100.79. If I switch to e.g us-msync.centos.org everything works normally.
