I've noticed several US mirrors that are out of date. I've had to switch mirrors twice now but there seems to be a master mirror somewhere that's stuck on an August 3rd timestamp.
These are ones that have this timestamp as of 12:30 UTC

One of our machines was out of date due to many external servers running rsyncs against it.
It is now updated.
