No it is not yet (but should catch up before goes public, since eu-msync.centos.org access needs whitelisting I'm rsyncing from another public mirror right now .. )

I've added your mirror in the DB, and that will be reflected on http://mirror-status.centos.org / http://centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours (depending on your speed sync, as "not current" mirrors are only listed on the mirror-status page).
