When trying to rsync from us-msync.centos.org: 67.203.12.30 I get the following error:
@ERROR: chroot failed
Hitting it via http://67.203.12.30/ also gives:
Forbidden

That'll teach me to do some hand editing on those machines instead of leaving it all to puppet.
