I seem to be missing a file that a lot of folks are requesting... see the log entry below:
x.x.x.x - - [15/Aug/2012:20:35:15 -0500] "GET /6.3/updates/x86_64/repodata/2815d6a957a64c2c0dca7d1648f1378e0983062f7930541c291a584e0ac9fa8a-other.sqlite.bz2 HTTP/1.1" 416 404
Any ideas?

That is metadata, which some people still seem to request - but shouldn't anymore if you don't have the file.
I'd worry if it still is requested as of now. You could look on mirror.centos.org if the file is on our "internal" mirrors.
