The reason your sync won’t be working is because the URL you are trying to synchronise from is incorrect - the URL is case-sensitive. You need to use:
rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/

This is what we use in our script as we pulled it right from the CentOS wiki. Also if your server is behind a NAT firewall, make sure you have a 1:1 NAT otherwise it'll fail for connecting with the wrong IP.

Thats weird, we tried this command: rsync -aqzH --delete *msync.centos.org::CentOS* /mnt/HC_Volume_10038547/public_html/centos And it still failed. But when we try to do the same from other public mirror it works.

As Fabian wrote before either you go to msync.centos.org from different ipv4 address or your system uses ipv6 stack to connect to msync servers. Try rsync -4 to disable ipv6 and/or check your ip with `curl http://icanhazip.com%60.

Yes, IP is in ACL and so allowed on all msync node.
If you have that message, that means that either: - you're trying over ipv6, which you haven't declared (rsync prefers ipv6 if it has connectivity, and whole msync network is dual-stacked as it should be in 2021) - you're trying from a different ipv4 address (either locally, or through other firewall/gateway doing nat in between and so request coming from other ip not in acl)

Your mirror http://mirrors.vangus.co.il/centos/ has been added to the mirrors DB (and located in EU/Germany) It will be listed as a public mirror (and on https://mirror-status.centos.org / https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP address[es] (188.34.178.232 ) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
