I am seeing that my mirror isn't listed under the CentOS mirror list anymore (repos.eggycrew.com). Is there an error log or something I can look at to find out why?

According to https://mirror-status.centos.org/ your mirror seems to be 4 days behind.

Thank you! I found the issue, I enabled ipv6 on the network recently and didn't realize rsync was trying to reach out over that address now.
