I have created a new mirror location for the CentOS distribution. For now only HTTP unfortunatly. It's available at: http://mirror.colocenter.nl/pub/centos/
Server is located in Zoetermeer, The netherlands. The bandwidth cap is 1gbit at the moment. Info for linkback is: ColoCenter / http://www.colocenter.nl
Kind regards,
Hello,
I noticed that my server is not listed anymore(see info below as well). It was down for a day, because of some security issues. Maybe that's why it was kicked of automatically.
It's now up and running again. FTP has been added as well at http://mirror.colocenter.nl/pub/centos/ http://mirror.colocenter.nl/pub/centos/
Can my mirror be listed again?
Thanks,
Alexander Lantink

As far as I can see, the reason that your mirror is not listed is that it is currently not reachable at all. As of this writing, http://mirror-status.centos.org/ says your mirror has not been reachable for 1.9 days. I can reproduce the problem from home:
$ telnet mirror.colocenter.nl 80 Trying 5.39.184.15... telnet: connect to address 5.39.184.15: Operation timed out telnet: Unable to connect to remote host
Once you have fixed this problem (perhaps a firewall problem?), your mirror will be automatically listed in the mirrorlist again, and Fabian can add your FTP link to the database.

I've just added FTP link (ftp://mirror.colocenter.nl/pub/centos/) to the database, and I see that mirror is now reachable again over http.
