Can you elaborate on this request please ? It's not the first time that we get this request for an existing mirror : https://mirror-status.centos.org already lists centos.hoster.kz (in out-of-date state) and mirror.hoster.kz (current)

The IP you have in this new request is the same as what we have in DB, so instead of asking for the same mirror to be added again, can you tell us why you think it should be (and it's already there) ?
