I don't think I've ever seen disk consumption given in bits. 15TB is about a hundred times too large, unless you're planning on mirroring the vault as well.

Even mirror+vault+debuginfo would not lead to 15TiB :-) For mirror.centos.org, assuming that you only want to mirror main tree (and no altarch) , there is a file listing the sizes for each sub dir : http://mirror.centos.org/centos/dir_sizes (and including total : 135GB) altarch itself is 84G (and we should implement that dir_sizes file too for altarch)
