I have been unable to sync from us-msync.centos.org: 216.7.183.116 since November 25th.
My logs indicate failure at the following times (EST).

Machine is down, thanks for reporting. I took it out of the msync pool for the time being.
That host is also known as debuginfo.centos.org. Are the debuginfo packages available from some other mirror?
debuginfo.centos.org is an alias for centosy.centos.org. centosy.centos.org has address 216.7.183.116
