your top level tree is incomplete :( RPM keys and mirmon timestamp file are not there.
I am adding your mirror, but it won't be used by mirrorlist until these files are synced.

please update "Direct DVD Downloads" to yes for mirror: mirror.hosting90.cz
DVD images are now available. And please allow connection to msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd from IP address 89.187.136.2 (or 2a01:5f0:1000:1::136:2 when will be IPv6 available).
