Hello Oscar,
On my mirror (mirror.chpc.utah.edu), I have all the CentOS versions, including the DVDs.
My total usage is 142G. CentOS 4: 49G CentOS 5: 31G CentOS 6: 63G (higher becuase the 6.1 tree hasn't been deleted yet).
Red Hat support for RHEL 4 (and thus updates for CentOS 4) expires in two weeks, so the CentOS 4 tree will probably be deleted from the mirrors soon.

Chalk up two for that GB count. Here's mine:
[root@mirror centos]# du -h --summarize . 142G .

Hello thank you all of the answers, one las question, the sync for the mirror site could be done from another mirror or shuld be from the main server? Because it could be faster for me to do the sync from other mirror like mirror.chpc.utha.edu (Of course if the site admin allow me)
Thank You

If you want to sync from mirror.chpc.utah.edu, go ahead!

Hello, I'm from The University of Gaudalajara Campus Cucea, here we want to create a new centos mirror. I have two question, one is what disk space is needed aproximately for the mirror? and the other is if we can only mirror Centos version 5 and 6
The other question already has been answered. And as CentOS 4 will go out of service in 10 days - sure, you can just mirror 5 and 6, as of March there are no other versions at the moment :)
This might change with CentOS 7, but nobody knows when that comes out.
