We are a new mirror in New Zealand serving up many different flavours of free software and would love to be included as an official centos mirror. Thanks, I've now added this mirror and you should now be able to rsync from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ for the main CentOS content and rsync://msync.centos.org/altarch/ for AltArch.
