Hi, We are registered in the CentOS Public Mirror List (Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria), but it seems like there is one service missing: we also provide download via rsync: rsync://ftp.inf.utfsm.cl::pub/Linux/CentOS

We also recently add dvd isos: http://ftp.inf.utfsm.cl/pub/Linux/centos/4/isos-dvd/

Additionally we have increased our bandwidth, so you might run some tests to probe it ;)
