http://mirror.centos.org/centos/dir_sizes says 130 GB at the moment. Please note the space requirements will grow slightly over time, and especially during point releases. When 7.3.xxx is eventually released, both 7.2.1511 and 7.3.xxx will be on the mirrors at the same time. 7.2.1511 takes up around 48 GB (including updates), and 7.3.xxx will also be a few tens of gigabytes. The same principle will apply to 5.x and 6.x branches as well.
Something like 200-250 GB of disk space would probably be sufficient for most cases.
I can concur - just did a `df -hs` on my mirror parent directory, and it's 130GB
