Thanks a lot for your proposal. I had a quick look at your proposed mirror, and it's not yet complete. That brings me to the second point : is your bandwidth really 3Mbps ? That would explain why your mirror is far from being complete, and also probably too slow to be used as a mirror ?

So, you said that it was 300Mbps , instead of 3Mbps, but I tried to validate that mirror checker node isn't even able to fetch required files to validate that mirror. I then tried to download an iso file from your mirror on a machine located in Malaysia (the nearest one I could get my hands on) and download starts at ~2Kb/s and then goes down and then breaks.
Can you verify your host/connectivity please ?
