This server listed in msync.centos.org is last updated on 11-Nov-2010.
As result all updates after this date are deleted, and after that downloaded again from another msync server.
Attached are rsync logs.

Thanks, e5.centos.org suffered from a hoster DNS outage.
I am fixing it now. It should be back to normal within the next hours.
