I am asking you if you could remove gd.tuwien.ac.at from the mirror lists as they are doing traffic shaping to ~60kb/second and every austrian centos user needs to exclude this mirror if you do updates or install centos!
there are several other mirrors in Austria working perfect!

Is that claim actually based on any facts? Because I can't reproduce that at all - I'm getting 1.6 MegaBytes/sec on my Home-DSL (the maximum) in Germany, and a little over 5 MB/s on the universities connection from gd.tuwien.ac.at.
