Well, the first thing to verify on your side is that your mirror is actually up2date ? As you can see on http://mirror-status.centos.org/, your mirror is now 8 days behind and not current, so it will not be included in any yum mirrorlist or isoredirect list either. Hope that it answers your question
So updating on mirror list will automatic update on isodirect link.

It seems we have another issue : I checked http://mirror-status.centos.org/ and I see that your mirror is still considered invalid (at the time of writing), and also not able to retrieve basic timestamp. Then I realized that it seems you changed your mirror URL without informing us of that change : If you read your initial proposal, (see https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-mirror/2016-July/009598.html) you mentioned that your baseurl is : http://centosmirror.go4hosting.in/centos/ but it's 404 . I then realized that you switched that to http://centosmirror.go4hosting.in/
I'll reflect that url change in the the mirrors DB, but is it possible to notify us of such change ?
