That's not a legitimate IPv6 address, they should have 8 blocks, I suspect you've just mistyped it and should've put :: where one of the : is

Is that for an existing and known mirrors ? if so , which one ? If you want to create a new public mirror, follow the steps described on the dedicated wiki page https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors (as someone already answered you)

Thanks : it has been added to the mirrors DB and will normally be listed as a public mirror (and on http://mirror-status.centos.org / http://centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP has been whitelisted (check that it's working in the following hour)
