Hi, http://mirror.muvhost.com/centos/ does not seem to have any content. Please note that you are supposed to make your initial synchronization from some other public CentOS mirror (list available at https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ). Once your mirror has been verified and approved, it can be added to the CentOS mirrorlist and you can sync directly from CentOS servers. Details on https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors
Either rsync://mirror.ni.net.tr/centos/ or rsync://mirror.radoreservers.com/centos/ are probably good mirrors for your initial sync.
