It would seem not.
I'm sure at one time, we were getting the DVDs correctly from
msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS
but they don't seem to be there anymore!

I can't imagine anyone being so tight on space that 15GB is going to matter.

"In the beginning of time" we were. So those trees were split - which isn't needed anymore. I am already working on a non disruptive transition to a one-tree mirror system.
