I'm noticing a speed problem with the server here: 67.212.81.83 (Off the msync list) that this server has been going at an endless 1~KB/s. Maybe there is an issue with that server? This has been going on since this morning. :(

Yes, but that cannot be the solution, as that was the same fix I did a few days ago :)

Kate, I don't remember what you've stated in previous emails. Are you not seeing issues if you pull from other hosts? Do you also get it if you were to test pull from another mirror like ours at mirror.cisp.com?
I just started a test pull from centosy3.centos.org and the bandwidth seemed to stay consistent for the 10 minutes or so I let it run. How long does it take on your side before see it slow down?

No, there aren't any shaping issues on my end unless somebody decided to create a QoS policy I was unaware of while I left my terminal session open. :)
I've only found this issue occurring on centosy3 and no other mirrors. (Including other OS mirrors) This has been unique to centosy3. Further, it only occurs after a couple days or a week.
