I may be crazy, But using the 5.4 i386 netinstall pointing at the /centos/5.4/os/i386 I get a error about the directory tree not maching boot media same with /centos/5/os/i386 Does this with my up to date mirror, my upstream (linux.mirrors.es.net) and mirrors.kernel.org

Known bug (I'm not going to look for the bug number now). Use boot.iso from the images/ directory.
No mirror issue (so wrong mailing list!) :)

Make sure that you update these files:
/centos/5/os/i386/images/pxeboot/vmlinuz /centos/5/os/i386/images/pxeboot/initrd.img
/centos/5/os/x86_64/images/pxeboot/vmlinuz /centos/5/os/x86_64/images/pxeboot/initrd.img
