Hello,
To help support Centos I have setup another UK Mirror. This mirror is within BlueSquare in Maidenhead and we have a 100MB link to this server.

Or
ftp://ftp.mirror.ukhost4u.com/
Its setup to rsync from the primary mirror 2 times a day.
