A few of the listings on the public mirror list are outdated/incorrect. Specifically, Tiaterra does not appear to be supporting Rsync anymore, and the link for North Carolnia State University RSYNC is incorrect, it should be rsync://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/CentOS/ The foldername is case sensitive.

The above has been taken care of. The rsync link for North Carolina State Univerity has been updated and rsync for Tiatera.net has been removed.
