Today, I found few temp iso image file on your master mirror , one of them is:

4.8/isos/ia64/.~tmp~/.centos-4.7-ia64-bin3of4.iso.n0JFh6

I was sync from eu.rsync.centos.org

Please check the issue. This type of temp file normally spend bandwidth without giving nothing...
