Hi Kamal, This mirror has DVD Images.
mirrors3.kernel.org::centos
so if you rsync using this mirror you would get the DVDs also.

In my earlier mail to help Prasad I had posted our upstream for DVD, and it was mirrors3.kernel.org, as an MTR from our network usually show the best results from there.

You may try to sync from rsync://ftp.mgts.by/CentOS if you wish to get DVD iso images.
