Hello,
looks like something is wrong on CentOS master mirrors. I am admin of ftp.upjs.sk centos mirror. At 16th june started to repeatedly download/delete this temporary file. Looks like it's forgotten somewhere on master mirrors. Here are logs:
mirror-20200616.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200616.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200621.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200621.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200622.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200622.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200622.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200622.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200622.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200622.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200624.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200625.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200627.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200627.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200629.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB mirror-20200629.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB ... logs/mirror-20200717.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB logs/mirror-20200717-2259.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB logs/mirror-20200718.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB logs/mirror-20200718.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB logs/mirror-20200718.log.gz:8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB logs/mirror-20200718.log.gz:deleting 8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB
As you can see, this file is repeatedly downloaded and deleted always after some days. Temporary extension X6d3IB is always same. I use eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS as source for my mirror.
Please, fix this problem. Thank you.

Dear,
Our mirror server mirror.gi.co.id use msync.centos.org as master and I just searched the keyword in our server rsync log with string "X6d3IB" and no result.
But I search Google with keyword "X6d3IB" and got some cache result of CentOS mirror with X6d3IB log and all found in 2 Europe mirrors. And it seem that the problem already gone.
Best regards,
Hello,
why do you think, this is already gone? Today there is same problem again:
8.2.2004/isos/aarch64/.CentOS-8.2.2004-aarch64-dvd1.iso.X6d3IB
Still same extension. This file must be on an primary mirror and is always downloaded/removed repeatedly.

Just had a look at the logs, but it seems that one node had that issue but it was automatically resolved while I was on holidays .. Thanks for the report, if still there is nothing to do at this stage anymore
