We have now made our mirror service public.
CentOS is available at:
http://mirror.sov.uk.goscomb.net/centos/ ftp://mirror.sov.uk.goscomb.net/centos/
This content is sync'd twice daily.
The mirror server is connected to our network at 1Gbps and has a public cap of 200Mbps. The server is situated in our London Sovereign House PoP.

** Bandwidth may be gradually increased in the future, we want to monitor the bw traffic first
