Dear all,

this is the proposal for the CentOS Dojo in Barcelona, Spain, to be celebrated
in Hotel Barceló Sants [1], on October 20th.

It is an event co-located with OpenNebulaConf 2015 [2]. The room will be
sponsored by OpenNebula Systems [3], organizer of OpenNebulaConf.
OpenNebula Systems will also host and manage the Eventbrite page of the
event.

The ticket will cost 10€, which will be used in turn to pay for the costs of the
coffee break.

The event will take place during the afternoon, at any time after 13:00 and
should end by 19:00. The format of the event will include a tutorial, and some
speaker sessions (3 or 4).

The room has a maximum capacity of 80 people. We suggest to limit the maximum number of ticket sales to 70 people. In order to have some flexibility to let people in on the same day, to allow some space for the speakers, organizers, etc.

Although any schedule within 13:00 and 19:00 would work, the initial proposal is
to hold the event between 13:30 and 18:30, a total of 5 hours. Within these 5
hours we will have the following contents:

- 1h 30min CentOS Demo by a person from CentOS (potentially Fabian)
- A single 30 min coffee break, or 2 20 min coffee breaks.
- 3 or 4 speaker sessions.

OpenNebulaConf will start on the same day, and at night, after the event, there
is a Tapas dinner for the OpenNebulaConf attendees. If you agree with this
proposal, we would like to offer CentOS Dojo attendees the possibility to attend
the Tapas dinner as well by selling two types of tickets, the Basic ticket (10€)
that covers the coffee break, and the Social ticket (40€) which covers also the
Tapas dinner.

Likewise, we will grant OpenNebulaConf attendees access to the CentOS Dojo.

If you agree with having the Dojo, we could start promoting it right away by:

- [CentOS] Creating a wiki page in wiki.c.o
- [OpenNebula Systems] Creating an Eventbrite page

Once we have the pages in place we can start looking for speakers [OpenNebula
Systems & CentOS], and once we have the final agenda we could promote it from
both the OpenNebula and CentOS platforms.

Also, please let us know if:
- You want the talks to be in English, or if you are OK with them being in
  Spanish or Català as well.
- If you want anything specific, like recording the sessions, remote video
conference, etc, so we can study its plausibility.
