Ok i am trying the route of what Thomas suggested and i just got this error host does not support virtualization type 'hvm'

With all due respect to Ricardo, this is not the correct way to
install Windows into a Xen guest.
Don't mount or do anything else with the ISO. All you need to do is
add it to your config--Xen can read it directly.
