i want to have virtual Linux Machines which will be undependend on domU kernel , it means , they will not need to have /lib/modules inside, thats all
is there any other way to achieve it?

Why would you want to do that? Besides that it is not supported, you
don't get the comfort of automatic kernel security updates.
