[Arm-dev] CentOS kernel submission policy

To follow up on this one, I'm working on getting these patches applied
today. They seem to all merge correctly outside the rpm process, though
a few claim whitespace errors.

I'll work on getting the build through so we have something to test and
let you know how we're progressing.
