[Arm-dev] UEFI on HiKey 96boards

Hi,

I guess this is for David mostly, but has anyone tried to get this
working :

With the UEFI stack in, we should be able to boot the C7/aarch64 stack
straight on, and then we can look at what driver support etc is missing.
