Well, I don't really know the rpi2 boot interface, but mine (just
bought two weeks ago) boots fine with that image, and kernel7.img in
/boot (and several other people - outside of the arm-dev list - tried
that image and reported it working)
Nothing on screen that would permit to debug the boot issue ?
