[Arm-dev] We will need epel7 armv7hl builds

So I worked through some rpms and did hit things I need built for 
armv7hl, like:

amavisd-new
clamav  (what happened to clamd?)

and perl-Log-Log4perl has dependancies that need to be built for armv7hl.

So not this week.  I will get as far as I can in my testing and such, 
but at some point, I hope someone with lots of skill more than me helps 
out (particularly if you want a full mail server) or at least gives me 
some good pointers on how to build these.  I have medon available to 
work on...
