I pushed out qemu-kvm-ev 2.3.x today, which should allow for aarch64
guests on an aarch64 host. There's still a need for uefi firmware, which
isn't included in the repository. I'm going to see about that and a
walk-through in the next few days. For the adventurous, you could use
the steps outlined here ->
