Hi, Monitoring a install op a RP2 noticed an memory leak. I’s seems to be caused by irq-balance, it is a known issue for rpi2. One of the cave cats of the pi (and many arm boards) is it is not capable of reasonable IRQ offloading. All hardware IRQ (the vast majority of IRQ’s) are always handled by cpu 0, Afaik IRQ-balance can’t do anything. My question is what is the motivation to include IRQ balance in the User land? BTW it could affect the Banana PI too http://forum.lemaker.org/thread-5512-1-1.html -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
