reason for choice of centos at armhfp is kind of 'lts' compared to fedora.
for example last l4t from nvidia for armhfp is based on 3.10 kernel, which is closer to el7/c7 userspace.

regarding realtime, i would like to track/babysit builds of c7-rt packages.
