No, those images were PoC images, but with unsigned content, and no
repo files.
Official/releases images are here :
http://mirror.centos.org/altarch/7/isos/armhfp/
But you have first to verify if your board uses uboot, and so if uboot
upstream already supports it.
If so, then you need to update the uboot file too ..
